Shrink Films

Shrink film or shrink wrap is a material made up of polymer film. When heat is applied it shrinks tightly over whatever product it is covering.

The heat can be applied by a hand held heat gun or alternatively can pass through a heat tunnel or conveyer. Shrink wrap is commonly used as a over wrap on many types of packaging example cartons, boxes beverages.

Other uses are to stabilise a variety of products when packaging them as one item.
